Initial reservation


We will hold your requested dates for a period of 7days pending receipt of a £150 deposit (non refundable).


Confirmed reservation.


Confirmation of your reservation will be   emailed upon receipt of your booking deposit. Your reservation is not "fully" confirmed until we are in receipt of full payment which is due no later than 6 week's prior your arrival.


Confirmed Booking


A booking is confirmed by email upon receipt of full payment of any balance due or in the case of advanced bookings attracting the 5% discount, booking confirmation is upon full payment being made at time of request.


We accept Credit/Debit cards.


NOTE: Price includes electricity, linen etc.






We have found it neccessary to introduce




"security/cleaning/key" deposit. This is

payable on arrival and full refund given

upon satisfactory (basic) inspection of  accommodation on your departure.


A deduction or full retention will be made if the property is not returned in a similar condition and equipped as it was received.


We expect no more than general tidy & cleaning and all as was on your arrival!


(Paid in cash returned in cash).

Guests should ensure full payment is received and confirmed by us within the 6 week's prior arrival date.

Non receipt of any balance due will render reservation VOID and the period re allocated. No refund of reservation deposit will be made.
